Gorilla
All species of gorillas are endangered mostly because of poaching and habitat destruction. A study also showed that 5,000 gorillas may have died during the outbreak of the Ebola virus in central africa.
Orangutan
The Sumatran species is critically endangered and the Bornean species of orangutans are also endangered too. These animals are endangered because of the destruction of their habitats due to logging mining and even forest fires. Some are captured for pet trade and others captured for cosmetic testing
